Appointments and Office Policies
We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist in Auburn, AL ,so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our website. Your time and presence in our office is very valuable to us, and one of our commitments to you is to stay on schedule so that we don't waste your time.  To help us do this, please remember that your appointment time has been reserved specifically for you or your child with your specific treatment requirements in mind. If you arrive late, we may not have enough time to complete your scheduled procedure. We know that emergencies happen and unforseen events can make you miss an appointment. If possible, please give us a 48-hour notice if you know you cannot keep an appointment to avoid being charged a broken appointment fee.  Broken appointments raise the cost of treatment for the entire office, and the broken appointment fee is only in place to keep costs down for all of our patients.   Also remember that rescheduling appointments may make your treatment longer.

Just as any hotel or resort would have you do, we do require new patients to provide us with an active credit card number to reserve an appointment. Your card will only be charged in the event that you do not show up for your appointment or if you cancel your appointment without giving us proper notice as stated above.  Patients will not be charged if a reasonable and unexpected emergency arises.  The doctors reserve the right to make the final decision on all broken appointment fee charges.
